Angelica Jones is a student at The University of Phoenix, majoring in Marketing. An avid reader and writer, Angelica’s conversations with her peers and her journal entries led her to understand early on that everybody has a story and people need to be connected to people.
In addition to working as the junior writer and administrative assistant for Writing It Right For You, Angelica also works as an Office Manager at The ComfortCake Company (www.comfortcake.com). Some of her duties include: office administration, trade show administration and presentation, website management and order fulfillment, local order fulfillment, book sales, Facebook and Twitter maintenance.
A former Editorial Assistant for the nationally recognized periodical Black Buying Power of America for the 2006 and 2007 editions, Angelica is familiar with the importance of details as well as telling a story.
“I realized that to be able to fully understand a lesson, notes, etc a story that is applicable to whatever the student is learning or studying is a great tool. Seeing how a lesson is applied is a big part of learning. I am currently a student, so I know how it feels.”
